As the program facilitator of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP 1) funds from The City of New Albany, New Directions has created a bidders list of qualified contractors to bid on up to 50 properties purchased and sold using United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1, funded through Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
