At this quarter's Neighborhood Roundtable, individuals working toward NeighborWorks certification will gather with

Eileen Flanagan, who facilitated Measuring Impacts of Your Revitalization Work as part of the NeighborWorks Place-Based Training.  We will discuss and work on the practicum, specifically Part 4: What's Working and What's Not Working, for each element of neighborhood development (neighborhood image, market forces, physical conditions, social conditions, and residents' and other stakeholders' abilities to manage the neighborhood's issues and affairs).  This will be a great chance to get good work done on the practicum.
