Overview
New
Directions Housing Corporation (NDHC) is soliciting proposals for a General
Contractor to construct four (4) new single family homes on vacant lots owned
by NDHC in the Shelby
Park Neighborhood.
The vacant lots are located
in the 500 block of

Deadline
Bids will be accepted until
4:00 p.m. Augsut 27, 2010. Proposals received after the deadline will not be
accepted and will not be reviewed. If you hand deliver a proposal you must
obtain a receipt. NDHC reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Award of
Bid will not be solely based on the lowest Bid.
All bidders will be notified
by letter at a later date once NDHC has thoroughly examined all Bids.
