The Transitional Services Program for Homeless Families offers intensive case management, assists with goal setting, monitors participants progress, provides an open and caring environment, offers guidance with budgeting and crisis management, provides referrals for counseling, and job training and placement.

100% of the graduates in the last seven years have maintained their housing for at least two years after leaving the program.
